These guys are amazing! I live on the 3rd floor and they replaced my refrigerator in about 15 minutes! Carried both all the way up and down to my apartment in 90 degree heat, laughing the whole time. I’ve never had a more positive experience with maintenance at an apartment than here. Thanks!!
If you actually want to receive your refundable security deposit, I’d recommend not living here. I moved out in June of 2022 and i’m still waiting to receive my Security deposit that i was told i would be refunded. Pretty sure im never going to get that. Also not to mention the maintenance employees going In and out of my apartment while I wasnt home, with no warning at all!! Hands down the worst apartment complex and management i’ve ever dealt with.
Honestly, this apartment complex is solid and a great location. The maintenance do their best. But, lately there have been people leaving their dog poop all over the property and not picking it up. It is disgusting. This is our home and people treat it like garbage. We are lucky that it's winter, because if this keeps up in the summer we will have hot, stinky dog poop all around the complex. And there appears to be no accountability, as it keeps happening. I hope the managers can get on top of this and somehow make this stop. It's embarrassing, disgusting and a disgrace to not pick up after your dog. And for management to allow it to continue.
I happened to tour this place last year and really liked the property. Last month, I decided to apply and Maria at the front office made everything so easy! She answered all of my questions, never minded on getting countless calls from me, and was very helpful throughout the whole process! The unit was well kept and very clean move in day. Maria even left a welcoming gift for me and my pup. Much appreciation to her and this apartment!
Cristal has been absolutely incredible with helping us find our home!! She stayed late to show us the unit that we ended up choosing and was only a call or text away whenever we had questions during the application process! Thank you so much for all of your help!!
Jaime on the maintenance crew is awesome. He's very attentive, kind, and helps you in any way possible. He goes above and beyond his job duties!
We've been here for only a couple of weeks and love it so far! The place is quiet and nice, people seem to be friendly too. No apartment is going to be perfect from the get go, but the staff has been prompt to attend our needs. Jesus, Cesar, Maria, Crystal, Jaime, Orlando, Daniel, and the entire management staff are top notch!
